Who we are

Nonprofit Standing is run by JHIZ Commerce LLC, 1908 Thomes Ave, Ste 12514, Cheyenne, WY 82001.

Searches

The name or EIN you type is used to answer your search and is not stored with anything that identifies you. The search holds only public facts about organizations: names, cities, states, dates and filing types.

Orders

When you order, we keep your email address, the name you give, and the organization you ordered for, so we can deliver the report, do the free re-check and handle refunds. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

What a report contains

Public records about the organization, each with its source and date. We do not put officer names, home addresses or phone numbers in reports, and we never show any of them on this website.

Letters

If your organization received a letter from us, we took its name and mailing address from the IRS public records, and the name of its principal officer from the organization's own public filing with the IRS. We used them only to address that letter. To get no more letters, write to the return address on the envelope or reply to any email from us, and we will remove the organization from our list within 10 business days.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the companies that run parts of this service for us (payment, hosting and email), and only as far as they need to do that work, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order records and each report's evidence files are kept as long as business records must be kept, so we can answer questions about a report later. Ask us to delete your email address and name sooner and we will, unless the law says we must keep them.

No ad trackers

This site uses no advertising or tracking scripts.
